This piece of glitch art was generated while testing my root finding class. In particular, I was trying to use the Muller algorithm to invert the natural logarithm, which should yield the exponential function. Instead I got this. The area of convergence has all these jagged edges, and a bilateral symmetry, making it look like some sort of beetle. Thanks to the domain coloring I was using, it also looks like it's in flames.
