So this is Ethel! She's a back-alley surgeon who decided to start a solo practice after the hospital she worked on sacked her due to budget cut. Now most of her clients comprise of people who don't want to go to actual doctors due to criminal circumstances, REALLY desperate people, or just those who can't afford regular surgery.
An altruist at heart, she will never leave her patients for dead, no matter what kinda shape they arrive in. That results in her going well beyond what she's asked to or what the situation requires, so if somebody drags you in after you almost drowned you might wake up with secondary gill-based respiratory system. Or she might replace your arm after you get shot in one instead of digging the bullet out. Or even transplant your brain into an entirely new body if she considers the damage to your original one too severe. She's really not a bad person apart from that, though.
Not a fan of using anesthesia or prosthetics. Fiercely denies rumors of harvesting organs. Likes long night walks through the city, licorice ice cream, and brazilian soap operas.
