Well, usually if someone adopts someone else's character they turn over the rights to use it in stories, art, etc. as well as the right to post any pictures already made of the character. To make it simple, you simply would put "Adopted by - 
NAMEHERE" in the character's information section in your gallery.

Well, they stand for Slave & Master and the other (I typed wrong) stands for Master & Pet. RP adoption simply means you are in someone's fictional family. You still have all the rights of your character, but it can be used by the RP family in anything. I see. I thought for some reason you were wanting rid of the character. lol
