"Holy Nova, finally! I found a solid lead to the location of the staff of seizing speech! I have been trying to hunt down this lost artifact for years now. I immediately showed the old map that I had gotten into my paws to my loyal friend Azelia, and she was just as exited about these news as I was. We started making plans and preparations for this expedition right away. Oh boy! I can't even start to express how exited I am!"

Azelia for us as a prize for her "Night with Azelia" raffle, which I won. It was darwn by

Well, some things may have immense capabilities beyond our control and understanding, and could cause potentially apocalyptic situations if handled improperly.
But back to the exploring thing... I wonder. Are you into urban exploration?
Society has a bad habit of building massive structures, neglecting them, and eventually leaving them to rot away as forgotten monuments. In addition, I also imagine shady things tend to happen in derelict warehouses, hospitals, and shopping centers with no society to keep things orderly.

But if it has the potential to cause the apocalypse, it is very mportant that we understand it correctly, right? So we need to do experiments, try out every possible outcome to make sure no one ever uses it to cause... wait...
ANYWAYS! Urban exploration? I haven't given that much thought yet actually. I am more of an archeology kind of explorer. But that actually does sound really interesting. Of course, I have been kidnapped into such situations now and then, but I never really set up a real expedition. I will need to give it some more thought, but I like the idea.

Oh my, what an exciting opportunity! I have no idea what such an artifact might actually do, but the idea of tracking down some mysterious and doubtlessly powerful item in the wilderness somewhere sounds too good to miss! Best of luck to the two of you, and here's wishing you safe travels, sleepy guards around the treasure and no naughty, slithery tentacles springing out of nowhere. Unless, of course, such things are actually desired.

Acccording to my sources, the staff grants his wielder the power to make anything they say convincing, believable and also make it a pleasure to listen to their voice. It is just a legend though, so how much of it is actually true still remains to be seen. Most of the time, these kinds of rumours are true at their core, but hugely blown out of proportion.
Thank you a lot for your well wishes. I am sure everything will go fine, especially with Azelia at my side. I can say with certainty that all the nights around the campfire will be much less lonely and way more interesting with her as a partner around. We might even consider that slithery tentacle part for recreational purposes if the treasure hunt should go unexpectedly long.

Look Ice, we've been through this... I did explain to you how important it is that someone keeps an eye on Experiment #404 while I am gone, yes? Someone who is strong and brave and handsome and can handle a potentially hostile alien threat in case it should break out, yes? Also someone who can be paid for his services with the promise of pawjobs upon my return :3
Merely by having a map, you're already more prepared for this adventure than a certain other feline has ever been for any of hers.

The staff of seizing speech, it is said that whatever it's wielder says, anyone who hears them speak will believe anything they say and be enamoured by their voice. If this is true, it could gain us some significant new outlooks on history and where it might have affected it's course. I am so excited!
