Yes, she is quite a sight to see, but I am more worried if SHE sees the sight of the little guys underfoot.

Given the pristine state of the buildings, bright sunlight and Sophie wearing little armor, this is likely some time after the war: Earth has been conquered and Ceruthian rule has become the norm, humanity largely accepting their new giant overlords.

Sophie is on a routine patrol in a human city--not as a conqueror, but a peacekeeper.
