This is a picture of my husband’s Pokemon-plushies eating sushi. They are in there casual clothes here not there super-hero or super-villain costumes. Sadly it’s not cannon.

The umbreon in the upper left is called “Gears”. He is the brother of “Jewel” the female espeon. Gears was raised by a Team-Rocked goon and got hit by train during a mugging. Gears lost his left eye and three of his legs. His trainer abandoned him, figuring he was dead. “Dr. Sigfried” The Zigzagoon found him and replaced his missing limps with stolen experimental prosthetics from Silph Co.

The Mini-jolteon was the prototype for “Tesla” the other Jolteon-plushy. I wasn’t sure the sewing-pattern would work and didn’t want to waste a lot of fabric, so I made a smaller version. My husband just adopted the little guy as well and named him “Mini-Me”.

The Zigzagoon is an escaped test-subject of the Silph Co. laboratory. He became highly intelligent and developed a great distaste for non-normal-type Pokemon. His goal is to turn every Pokemon in the world into a normal-type so everyone will be equal and free from the chains of maximal effectiveness.

The Skitty is the fabulous “Misses Calculated”. She is the assisted of Dr. Sigfried and has a crush on him on a romantic level as well a deep professional respect for his work.

The Jolteon in the foreground is “Tesla” by day and “Rolling Thunder” by night. He spoils Gears and Dr. Sigfrieds evil plans and protects Goldenrod-City.

The Espeon is called “Jewel”. She was raised by a very successful thief and still inhabits her mansion. She loves Jewelry and Rolling thunder in an equal way and almost hopes that he shows up whenever she breaks into a building. Not that he could ever catch her…
