Found the original clay from Ed! Did this while I was toying with animatronics. Can see one of the servos sitting above the scissors.

I eventually took 3 pulls from the casting, gifted them all away. Big forehead ridge to stuff all the servos and cables. Radio controlled by a puppeteer, performer stays focused on just performing.

Snarl: single cable pull on the nose, sliding back over a resin base of exposed teeth.
Headspikes: row of floppyheadspikes that could raise and and lower off a second cable pull.

Was a lot of fun ^.^

10 years later, and they only got more n more fancy :D We're into wireless links and software control now.
