That might very well be the case, though it'd be quite a change, as the original Balmora was almost... barren. There weren't really many plants in, or around the town, though I guess that was nearly everywhere the case in the original game... Anyway, I do start to feel kinda old, when I think about the fact that it was originally released almost 15 years ago by now...
Also, I haven't looked too much at things from Skywind, as I'd rather wait until it's finally finished and then play it (whenever that'll be).
