Well keeping to the theme of resurrecting my old characters as of late I decided to go back to one of my very first heh. As a kid I was a huuuge Sonic fan (the games, comics you name it.) so it didn't take long before me and a few artist friends at the time started to brainstorm ideas. We had the idea of a group to be the opposite of the Knothole Freedom Fighters, a handful of individuals who have been left in the wake of the fighting between Knothole Freedom Fighters and Robotnik's forces. Having a personal vendetta with them their one goal was to eradicate the group by any means necessary as they perceived them as the greater evil out of the whole conflict. My contribution to this group was one echidna by the name of Rye. Rye is a echidna who had the misfortune of having his robotization interrupted during a conflict between the Knothole Freedom Fighters and Robotnik's forces. Left helpless to watch his family die as their robotization pods were destroyed Rye is pretty much the founder of the group itself, enlisting the help of those who have had similar misfortunes thanks to Sonic and his group. One of which is the frog fellow next to him named Kihaku who like Rye is a fellow survivor of the robotization process. Now I don't have much on this character as there was no artwork done of him back in the day so I had to pretty much recreate him going by what little info I could remember.(His name and that he was a frog partly robotizied who could control electricity.)
I plan to be adding to this picture as I get the rest of the characters I can remember done but please if you have any characters you think would fit the bill note me and I'll pick those I like to add to this picture(Free of charge XD). As always done with a little bit of black ink and some colored pencils. Hope you like it so far!
