As the other mascots were mammals (Otter, Raccoon and Beaver) I went ahead and opted for the misc spot to be BC's provincial bird: Stellar's Jay
The theme this year was 'Space Station Zebra' so I ran with this space station theme wondering 'How would you feed a whole station in space?' and I took a leaf out of Interstellar's book.
