CONCEPT AND IDEA: ME

Here is another brand spanking new original character for the Eternal Shota comic, that was done last night on skatcat's stream.

This little southern belle name is: Celia Horn. She’s the daughter and heiress of a rich and powerful railroad and oil baron,and Blue Moon’s rival for Chris’s affection.

Her design was based on a fusion of Darla Dimple from Cats Don’t Dance and Heather from Total Drama. Ironically, she has the same type of attitude and traits like the aforementioned divas, plus a few other surprising skills!!
