Goofy title notwithstanding, this is, I guess, my official "I had a baby!" announcement to all of my art community acquaintances. Of course, since my love of Starbound hasn't lessened one bit, I used my and my husband's Starbound characters for the little tribute because Mack and Bailey are <3. I kinda mixed media-d this. It's mostly technical pen on the lineart and prisma and copic markers for the color, but the background is also colored pencil and white acrylic paint. I intended to do this a lot sooner, but those first couple weeks with my baby didn't allow for a lot of free time.

My little Thor was born on February 9th, ten days before his due date, and he came so fast I had to be rushed to the hospital by ambulance. I started having labor pains at eleven in the morning, and by eleven twenty, they were only forty-five seconds apart! I delivered him at two forty-seven, a tiny five pounds and fifteen ounces. He's healthy, perfect, and looks just like his daddy!

Also. I cannot draw babies. Clearly.

Lol realized I messed up my character continuity... Mack would have a cybernetic eye at this point. Oh, well. XD
