I started a Pokemon Gijinka Challenge and this is day 1 of week 1's result - aka the very first! Wew.
Base used in this image is by silhh.deviantart.com Pattern in the skirt of their dress is www.colourlovers.com/pattern/4… They have a star on the shirt portion of their dress. Their stockings are supposed to be scalloped buuuut I failed at that.
