It's a shame about the loss of detail in the scan, but this is still an absolutely gorgeous picture! I absolutely love what you've done with her hair and the way it is draped so elegantly around her neck and shoulders. The texturing on it is really lovely, too, and just makes it look so lush and soft. I really like her pose and expression as well. There's a charming sort of flirtiness to it, and if I may say so, this is an incredibly beautiful and sexy picture of her all around. Plus red just looks really good on her!
Yep, micron pens, colored pencils, on strathmore bristol board paper. It's...a good deal more vibrant in person. I'm quite annoyed. I think I will be going over the colors again to darken them (I have a very light hand when drawing, unfortunately for me) and trying a rescan later.
My most humble apologies if this comes off as rude, out of line or vulgar.
Every time I see art of your fursona, I can't help but to stop and stare. If we lived in a world of anthros, I would absolutely be head over heels in love and would accept any punishment or devious torture she could summon.

Heather is the most gorgeous otter around, hands down! This is a really beautiful picture of her, and I just adore what you've done with her hair as it falls down so elegantly over her shoulders and that sweet smile she's wearing. The ripples in the water as she wades through it, and the scattered reflection are beautifully done, and the pic as a whole his just fantastic!
