late reply here; nope. never played the games, nor seen them played beyond just death videos sadly. (i'd beyond rage quit, so i don't have patience at all XD would love to watch them one day!)
idea for this guy is basically he's vampire from a fairly noble kingdom of their kind running it very fairly toward mortals they rule. as a knight--he's kinda got a code of conduct to abide by even when he's in an alien land that he just slaughtered a city of innocents while in a hunger frenzy :) (at least he got fed though! lol)
he's kinda that "shit situation, i wanna fix it somehow one day" kinda mindset at that point :)
