first take on Erma ages
Doesn't seem to be getting done. May try again later. In part due to a punky pen that can't seem to flow in the cool and dry.

Yeowch!.
Now you see why I used those Japanese Chrome plated, steel nibs. they were $12 for a packet of 4. Even the Rapidographs were only $50.00 at the time.
Actually, that's a thought. Have you considered running a load of cleaning fluid through the resevoir, and the tip, to see if that will restore the flow? I used to run Windex through my rapidographs with decent results.

It is the usual IT support type question "Can you turn it off, and on, please?" The next questions would involve the ink and if it's the standard brand type approved for the pen, ect. ect. Following that would be seeing if there are discussions found by a Google search, if there is a notable weather sensitivity on the pen, and if there are remedies for it. That would be how it goes, usually.
But then having gone mostly digital, concerns about anything other than pencils. Copic Markers and the occasional pen or brush are sort of academic for me these days.
