Here's a look from under the horizontal stabilizer of a Cessna model 337 Skymaster.  The Skymaster is a dual engine aircraft with one engine in the nose and the second (seen here) in the rear of the fuselage.  This configuration results in simpler operation in the event of an engine failure, with the remaining engine continuing to provide centerline thrust.  This particular aircraft is the militarized version of the Skymaster, designated the O2-A
