Here's Chell's evolution, Chillar! This one stayed more true to its original idea, but changed to better build off of Chell's newer idea.

-Frozen Shell:
Because the Pokemon is encased in ice, it is always afflicted with the "Frozen" Status condition, making it immune to all other status conditions. It is still capable of using moves despite being Frozen, and will not thaw out.

-Cold Claw

70 Power
Has a higher critical hit rate. (Ice-type variant of Shadow Claw)

-Frost Armor

Drastically increases the user's defense. The user will lose this defense bonus when struck with a Fire type attack.
