York_Indayla of a character belonging to 
ZerosPanda named, Kurizu. He's a panda-tiger, sword-wielding, bounty-hunting bad@$$. It should be known that the owner of this character is also the original creator of so many of the characters I get commissioned to illustrate. It's always a pleasure to play with all of his very original and creative designs. So I really wanted to do Kurizu justice. I love the pose and could not be happier with how this came out.

It's taken me forever to find a name for it, but apparently nobody's come up with what to call the skyward version of the Sunrise Stance. But I digress, it's a very refreshing field of view. This may be my kneejerk enthusiasm speaking, but that dimensional feel of the sword almost coming out of picture is more effective than most 3-D flicks I've seen.
I feel almost ashamed I didn't propose this character as my first commission, given that he's the avatar of the other artists whose many characters have been graced by your pen. But perhaps it's all the better, as the dozens I presented honed your skilled for this day!

You know, I had a similar problem with terminology when I was putting together my morgue file. The perspective angles of looking up and looking down on the subject seemed the most difficult. Anyway...
Yeah, it was long over-due to give his character some artistic love, after getting to play with so many designs he's created over the years. And thank you -- I obviously customized some things, but I really REALLY took care to make sure I got key elements spot on with the original character. So, I'm glad that it was noticed, heh heh.
