Cobbled these together out of parts from western styled weapons... mostly.. a few bits are made up... they're just concept work.

Yeah, I was thinking it was likely built from parts, I love the look of break action guns, but also the look of cylinders. AND the look of lever actions haha. So maybe this isn't the intended look of the weapon, a lot of my old Powderburn characters were drawn with franken guns made form parts they collected.
Looks like the guns of Metro 2033

Actually I just realised there is a way that might do something. There were flintlock leverguns in the 15th century called Kalthoff repeaters that had multiple magazines for powder, shot and sometimes primer, so it could be some Rube Goldberg version of that where you pull the loading lever to push a charge of powder and a ball or bullet together in a lower chamber, then use the main lever to bring that up into the actual chamber along with a percussion cap from a little magazine of them in the loading port or something.
Big bulky barrel of the top one is just I always loved those big, cattleman stile revolvers, but I like the shape of the barrelless, twin shot looking one, and the one under that is quite lovely.
The .357 stile under it, I never cared for but I do love the idea of adding a big buttstock like that, though it is a tad bulky, but looks pretty cool.
