Alternate Title: It's Raining Somewhere Else

I love the quiet melancholy of this piece, one of those gorgeous moments where life just seems to take a break for a minute or two.
But it also reminded me of a fairly personal moment.
I grew up (had my adolescence) during Australia's Millennium Drought
And there was a period of time where it didn't rain.
For two years.
I remember news articles on TV where they would interview farmers with young kids and when you asked the kid where water came from they would point to a bottle. They had never seen rain.
When the drought finally broke, I was so happy and relieved that I went out in my bathers [swimmers/cozzies/togs] and just let the rain fall on me.
It was wonderful.
So when I saw this, I had to get it.
