Soundwave just popped up with them one day many years ago and refused to comment.
The only other person who knows are the Decepticon medical staff, but due to patient confidentiality, they'll never tell if Soundwave is indeed their parent or not. Plus they're all too scared of what Soundwave might do to them if they let it slip without his permission.

But regardless I promised to draw some more Baby Seibs so here we go Rumble (blue/purple) and Frenzy (black).
They're also sporting what will most likely be how Visors are in this AU, on account of them being organic visors are instead a common gene that causes a band of colour to appear across the eyes
