"Okay, this is probably going to be a slightly disappointing answer, but... I don't know who she is.
"I mean, I have at least a vague idea -- I know she was the daughter of the chief of one of the tribes of catfolk living in the nearby forests. But I really don't know why he wanted her, specifically. Maybe she was to be used as some kind of leverage in bargaining with the chief, but they weren't exactly a politically important tribe, as I understand it. Maybe he had some kind of master plan I couldn't see, or maybe he was just using her as a test. I'm not entirely sure. I never found out.
"What you have to understand is, when this was happening, I was scared to death. Thanks to the illegal magical experimentation, my body had gone through some rather horrifying changes (I didn't have four legs when he started.) And I could tell that a lot of my internals had changed, too. I wasn't sure I was even going to survive -- not all of his test subjects did.
"So I'm already frightened and confused when my captor tells me that he's going to send me out on a 'mission.' I'm supposed to find this girl and eat her. If I don't, he'll consider me a failed experiment and kill me. And the bastard even says that if I try to go for help or alert the Warders, they'll kill me too for being an 'abomination' and dissect me to figure out what he'd done. And not necessarily in that order.
"I went out and did what he said -- what choice did I have? I waited for nightfall, went to the village, and found the girl. And I ate her. I didn't want to eat her, but I had to. The moment I laid eyes on her, whatever magic the wizard filled me with kicked in and I couldn't control myself. But that didn't mean I was happy about it. I still remember the way she struggled. I'm used to it, now, but at the time, I had never eaten a living meal before, and the feeling of her squirming down my throat frightened me like you can't imagine. So yeah, she was shocked, but quite frankly, so was I.
"Then I go back to the wizard's place to report, only to find the place being ransacked by Warders. And here's me, this 'abomination' that he created, with a living person still squirming in my stomach. I tried to run, but they saw me and chased me down. I was absolutely sure that I was going to be gutted to get the girl out and left to bleed to death.
"Thankfully, once the Warders subdued me and got me to calm down, they turned out to be much more understanding than my captor had led me to believe. I explained that I had been a prisoner and that the experiments were done against my will, and they believed me. It also became clear pretty quickly that the girl in my belly wasn't actually being harmed. The Warders had a mage try to get her out, but nothing they tried worked. My captor had died in the attack, and without him to help them figure out the myriad spells he had cast on me, they couldn't undo them.
"In the end, they just let me go. I hadn't done anything illegal myself, after all, and my prey was safe, even if she was trapped. It wasn't until some time later that I realized that the wizard's 'orders' were still lingering, compelling me to eat certain people as soon as I laid eyes on them. I ended up deciding not to report that tidbit of information to the Warders, though I'm pretty sure they eventually figured it out anyway -- they kept tabs on me for years. They must have just decided that I wasn't enough of a threat to kill or contain. After all, it's not like this happens every day -- I 'collect' fewer people would be eaten by a normal predator. And now, of course, the original corps of the Warders has long since disbanded. I doubt they even still have records on me.
"Um... sorry, I kind of got off topic there. Regardless, the point is, at the time, I wasn't overly concerned with figuring out who the girl in my belly was -- I was more interested in not getting eviscerated. By the time I was no longer overly worried about that, it was pretty clear she wasn't coming back out and I didn't want to cause more trouble for myself by trying to find out more about her. Since I don't have any way of communicating with the people inside me, that's all I'm going to be able to tell you. I'm sorry I can't give you any more information."

She's an old character! Until I stop being a lazy butt and make some folders here on FA, the easiest way to see everything concerning a single characters is via the tags on my Tumblr blog! You can click here to see all the Kira stuff. Let me know what you think!
Very interesting! It would be interesting to know how her stomach would be effected bu something like teleportation. Would you be able to get in and not out? not in at all, or would it be possible to blink inside to relax in a weightless crowd of people and then pop out. I also wonder if due to the level of magic, if it would work like a magical gravity well, making unknowing mages randomly appear inside, and due to the separation spell, have her walking along and then randomly hacking up a robe and a magic book. I hope we get more stories with her, She seems really interesting!
Thank you, I'm glad you find her interesting! If you'd like, you could always (send me another ask,) but here's a quick, "I haven't really thought all the details out" answer: I don't think teleportation in and out of her would work. One of the key elements to Kira, in my mind, is that it just is not easy/is impossible to get in and out of her easily. I've even been back and forth on the idea of whether she is capable of eating someone her magic doesn't target.
With regards to the specific idea of teleportation, my first-blush response is that it would be fatal. The space inside Kira is magically warped, and the people being swallowed are kind of compressed into that warped space in Kira's throat. I think if you were able to teleport directly into her, assuming that the magical interference didn't screw that up, you would probably be instantly crushed to death by the warped space, at which point you would be ejected by the filtration spell as "non-living matter."

No, she won't become too big to move, because like you said in your first response, it's hammerspace. To outside appearances, her belly never gets any larger, and it doesn't encumber her much at all.
And, no, unbirth isn't something I usually draw, and on in Kira's case, the spells specifically makes her swallow people.
