This is a sketch from FC 2013 in my "con theme" sketchbook, where I get art of my characters in situations relating to the theme of the con I'm attending. The theme of FC 2013 was "Furbidden Planet!"
I guess the macro pictures I'd been getting really hit their out of control apex here! The aliens' weapons seem to be making their target grow. Maybe if they overload the creature with energy he'll be defeated...? Or maybe he'll just get really, REALLY huge.
