Но пока её желудок переваривал тёплое молоко, Тангэнэ подумала, Какого чёрта... Я могла бы также выпить, пока не лопну...

А потом она проснулась, медленно потянулась за шлангом, засунула его в пасть, начала пить снова. А хотя она всё ещё почувствовала сытость, ей нравилось смотреть, как живот заполнялся. Когда желудок увеличивался, давление увеличилось, толкая силящее на её груди сало к лицу. Она крепко нажала в ответ, позволяя раздувающийся живот выступить. А хотя ей вначале было мучительно, мать скоро привыкла ко превосходству. Ей надо нажать несколько раз, подражая насос.

Тангэнэ продолжила пить на много минут. Она почувствовала безопасность, пока Айхо всё ещё был там, ища помощь; ей хотелось удивить не только его, но и целое стадо. В конце концов её желудок достиг максимальный порог до разрыва. Тангэнэ отпустила шланг, и потом потерпела период стонов, икот и рыганий во глубоком сне. Её конечности были совершенно твёрды и неподвижны. А теперь её живот был плотно упакованная, возвышающаяся, постоянно булькающая гора молока.

But while her stomach was digesting the warm milk, Tangene thought, What the heck... I might as well drink till I bust...

Then she woke up, slowly reached for the hose, stuck it in her mouth, and began to drink again. Although she still felt full, she was enjoying watching her belly fill. As the stomach grew, the pressure increased, pushing the fat on her neck towards her face. She pushed down hard in retaliation, letting her swelling belly protrude. Although it initially felt painful for her, the mother immediately got accustomed to the swellness. She had to push down several times, imitating an air pump.

Tangene kept drinking for many minutes. She felt secure as long as Iho was still out looking for help; she wanted to surprise not only him, but the entire herd as well. Eventually, her stomach reached its maximum threshold before it could rupture. Tangene let go of the hose and then endured a period of groaning, hiccuping, and belching in her deep sleep. All her limbs were completely stiff, unable to move. Her belly was now a tightly packed, towering, constantly gurgling mound of milk.
