As for misty i think her husband's death is affecting her more than previously thought... and she's becoming uptight and rigid as a result. Perhaps it's time for her to reconnect with her ex or someone she'd least expect... hopefully she'll find relief from that XD!

Well Dutch, I hope you'll let her be able to explain she doesn't hate him soon. Because Cot is having a really rough time of it, thinking someone he loves, lusts and respects hates him now, and I hate seeing the kid like this.

Also, in addition the whole "Jules dead, Misty now sad/uptight situation", while I know Misty has been having difficulty adjusting and dreaming/daydreaming about that bull hunk, with addition to that lesbian panda Apple taking a particular interest in her, I always felt that if Jules ever fell, the one to replace and be her new love would be.....well, Whitney.

And I know, I know, the whole dynamic of their friendship being at risk, factoring in Misty may want children one day as well as other possible difficult cultural and drama herdles, but hear me out:

While knowing eachother for so long, they have both displayed both on and off the pages of this comic bisexual tendencies for those of the same sex and been in many compromising suggestive situations together, as well as now they have two identical issues they're facing that further bond them: death and moving on, with another dear friend of Whitney's passing suddenly. Also, both acknowledge that one another is beautiful and sexy, Whitney even more so with her free sexuality and nature to compliment others and helping them feel good about themselves. And aside from both making eachother feel sexy, they both already have a great love in their hearts for one another, and always comfort or make eachother feel happy, even if they fight at times.

Both are great, and I just think they'd be great together.

As I've told someone else before, no one will be more happy than me than to see Misty build that proverbial bridge and get over it, but these things take time, and as much as I'd consider your idea, it would, sadly, conflict with other stories that are planned out.
Despite a lot of the pics you've seen (some being non-canon), Misty is straight. Whitney is more... adventurous. :) If given the opportunity, she would likely jump in the sack with the red-haired mouse gal, but I definitely don't see that happening.
The only thing I can say is just keep readin', and thanks again! I really appreciate you enjoying the comic enough to place quite a bit of two cents in. To me, that means I'm making characters that people are relating to.

While I give thanks for your appreciating my thoughts on this and have respect for the plans you have regarding the stories/events being put into play, my hopes are still high for the both of them ending up together. By togther, I don't mean they have to be exclusively lesbian, just like Whitney is adventurous and bisexual, Misty could have character evolution to that as well as an open relationship between the two. Both loving and caring aboutmen and women together, but their hearts belonging to eachother. Which I realize would take time, but not impossible.

But well Dutch, all I have left to say is while I still have hope for such a.....open but heartfelt relationship, I'll just keep reading along your stories and plans as wonderful as they are, and hold the highest respect for them. And who knows? You may reconsider and my hope becomes rewarded.

I also feel really bad for Cot I'm pretty sure a lot of kids feel like that
when grown ups are mad at them. That feeling when you think people you love start to hate you,
