The last of my manakete vent. Needed a dragon queen, and this fit the bill.

• Race: Manakete (Full Blooded Arachnean Divine Dragon)
• Design Inspiration: Alexstrasza (Main basis for dragon form, personality, and clothing in human form), Alice XV (Human form, and part of personality), Hakufu Sonsaku (Physique), Lisa Fukuyama (Hairstyle)
• Height: 5’7’’ (2x as a dragon)
• Weight: 125lbs. (Doubles as a dragon)
• Tail Length: 17ft. (Only visible as a dragon)
• Wing Spain: 18ft. (Only seen as a dragon)
• Skin Tone: Light
• Eye Color: Green
• Hair Color: Hot Pink
• Scale Color: Silver with white feathers around the chest area and arching down her back to the tip of her tail

• Biography: Ciatri is a divine dragon who had a destiny of ruling over the divine dragons as their queen one day, something that she never allows to go to her head lest she have an inflated ego due to the fact she loathes the idea of bragging about it, instead focusing on how to be a proper leader by studying. She was an encouraging student under the divine dragon Gotoh and always came out on top when it came to things like literature, math, etc. and always pleased the white sage. However, when the day of destruction came for the dragons, Ciatri took no chances and, at the advice of her fellow divine dragons, took up a divinestone and safeguarded her dragon form inside of it, taking on a human guise. Because of how balanced she was, she had been permitted to stay free of slumber to avoid degeneration, and even assisted her fellow Divine Dragons in beating the earth dragons who had waged war on humanity and seal them away at the Dragon’s Table. She then helped safeguard the manaketes who had fallen into slumber alongside Golnath and Aglaia. During this time, she developed a disdain for Golnath’s perverted nature the second the mage dragon groped her ample bosom, but she was kind about, asking her not to do that again instead of turning into a dragon and lashing out at her for it. A millennium later, she began to isolate herself to build her powers now that she’s known as queen of the divine dragons, and was more than willing to play a part in Dohlr’s destruction after learning Medeus had awakened and restored the empire that she’s come to loathe so much. She was glad to see Medeus defeated, but in the War of the Heroes, she took more of a backseat, only assisting in the second fight against Medeus when he was reborn as the Shadow Dragon. When Medeus was finally put down for good, Ciatri took it upon herself to start a new generation of divine dragons so humans & dragons can start a new era of coexistence. To this end, after some studies in the land of Arachnea, she left along with her other fellow manaketes for a new place to call home. She settled in a home of monsters, where she met & befriended the Elibean Divine Dragon Medreth. As a queen who oversees life prospering, Ciatri is open about engaging humans with pleasant conversation, and enjoys meeting new people. She loves the idea of having the earth swallowing her body and often plays in quicksand despite the fact she’s supposed to be a wise divine dragon, but she dislikes anyone who needlessly ends lives and causes genocide. To those, she hardly shows mercy. The fondest of get togethers.
• Abilities: Ciatri is among the most powerful of divine dragons and she knows it. But much like the dragon queen she is based on, the dragon queen Alexstrasza, Ciatri prefers to avoid killing her foes as she tends to view herself as guardian of life, but had zero qualms with killing earth dragons under Medeus. She learned the art of light magic under Gotoh and as a human, is a prolific user of it, preferring to cast spells rather than get up close in combat. She’s even a great healer as she’s always armed with a Fortify staff to heal comrades. In battle, she does not just pick a fight with the closest enemy. Instead, she studies her foes carefully to fish out the one who is the most deserving of her wrath. Once she has the target of her choosing selected, she does not hesitate to open fire with light magic. Opponents fighting her are usually allowed to live and retreat, hopefully having learned a lesson they won’t soon forget. To enemies who are beyond redemption, she shows no mercy. As a dragon, she’s at her strongest, physically. She is capable of long flights that are always helpful at any chance she needs an airborne advantage. She possesses sharp claws and teeth, but she is more favorable of using her mist breath to attack when transformed as a dragon since it is more likely to weaken her foes enough to the point they can retreat and learn not to mess with others. But dragons under Medeus are not so fortunate as they are often the most deserving of her draconic wrath.
