Choo chooooo~! Commission Train rolling into the station. This one here is for
York_Indayla of a character I'm in love with, aesthetically, Lunya. I love everything about this character's concept. BASICALLY, she's a Frankenstein's Monster of fellow prison inmates. Rather than lose government funding to deal with over-crowding, Lunya here is a patchwork of multiple people, of varying sizes and species. A "head" count might not be the best way to account for a number of prisoners. But it is still arguable that they live within the prison walls, eh?
Anyway, giving life to this monstrosity presented a few challenges that I was all too eager to tackle. For instance -- while the idea of her being top-heavy (not counting her chest), with bear, alligator, etc, and then cheetah legs, I had to then consider appropriate muscle mass and likely prosthetic implants she'd need just to stand. Little things like this made this character really really fun to play with. I got to throw symmetry out the window, but still wanted to make sure her body SEEMED functional. It's these kinda' artistic tightropes that I do enjoy walking.
And I hope you all enjoy the finished eye-candy!

I wish I knew what the trope is called, but I can think of no better character to be seated on a throne of stone. You know, I had a big suspicion that right after one of the old orders was finished, you would beeline straight to drawing Lunya. I am glad she caught your fancy.
Where can I start? Probably that to summarize, that you pulled off your interpretation in a way that, though Lunya may be self depreciate, I find her attractive to *that* point (and doubling my exercise routine lately =P). Now - I notice you did switch up her arm portions, but boy am I glad you went that way. I'm going to guess, Right forearm of bear, and bicep of tiger. Left bicep of gator, wrists of a tiger(?) and hand of a gator again?
The gator segments leaps to my eyes, especially with the effects given to the bolts. But to the other arm, I give you credit tying a ribbon to her arms, as if to ease the seams of her stitching there from tearing any further. Triply so since it'd make sense it'd be tearing since it's her primary arm, and it accentuates her nature as a frankenstein monster. The numerous stitching dividing her parts are nice as well. Zeros would like to add that he especially likes the way you did her tusks. And yes, it would make sense to put a strap for her jury-rigged bra. The metal bangles on her wrist and ankles is a wondrous nod to the brief story I described to you.
You pulled off the look a very twisted but passionate surgeon would have done, taken the best parts from multiple victims to make one person.
I'll be honest, if you are willing after our current lists is near fnished, I would like to order up additional illustrations that would highlight two colorful points in Lunya's life. =D

Yeah, I took some, as I am want to do, artistic license with the patching. In particular, when I saw the gator shoulder, I just HAD to do a gator hand. You picked up on, as always ;), all the little bells and whistles I included with her. I can't say enough how much fun I had working on her. And it WAS work, heh heh.
Anyway, yeah, I'd definitely be down to do some more pieces that include Lunya. She's a real peach.
