With new techniques and tools at hand, I refurbished an early 2005 work. It started as a trial on getting a better avatar material, but it quickly became into a vector oriented work.

Colors stayed as the original (it wasn't meant to be those at the beginning), as those happens to be one of those "happy accidents". I have come to like how they ended, although those doesn't reflect my real skin tone, as it was originally meant. I made the tie more evidently messy, and changed the background of the photo. Finally I added the signature (just because it's a signed photo =D )

Now this and the old pic can be used as a reference, I haven't seen some fanart of my character *hint ;) ;) *

Made with PS CS2, mouse, old drawing as the reference sketch, new drawing as sketch for digital inking and coloring, and lots of patience.
Made in like 10 hours in total (yes, I'm very slow >_> ), halted for almost 3 months due to school.
