Several years late, and I most certainly blame myself for not getting a damn WACOM pad.
Regardless, this picture is meant to portray what I still feel is alienating and "burying" our political process. Since we've made progress a return of what we experienced years ago is unlikely, but decay is a slow and subtle process.

Political discussions are a rough thing to discuss.
This is basically a picture meant to portray how Bush Jr. made me feel, and what the fanatical, evangelical movement in the United States was trying to do.
If it has offended, know that it is not aimed at religion in general, but the extremists of such organizations such as Westboro, etc.

I´m like a zealot and I love my religion, however, I see the americans have hard troubles with that... Mexico superate this trouble many years back, the thing of separate the state of the religion.
Offend me only if you insult indirectly, sometimes the politic themes don´t affect me... depend the message, in that case I don´t know pretty much about the political things of america.

I was kinda shooting for the general idea that we're a Democracy in theory (the United States), and that in some respect, religion may have had a hand in killing it (in it's theory, what we believe is an authentic Democratic practice, when in actuality it is closer to what you mentioned.)
And ... I think people are sometimes too sensitive about the issue of politics. We need to get used to discussing our political beliefs, otherwise we get used to the thought that we have better ideas than most, when in fact we have normal, regular ideas at best. I think art is a good way of arguing our beliefs, interpreting how the political climate makes us feel, and that conversation like art is a good enough place to start than most.
Thank you for your feedback!
