Yes, those ARE real horse-shoes, they were the largest size we could find that wasn't a draft horse shoe. These babys are heavy as sin, but they sure make an impact. I don't think I'll be walking around on any tiled surfaces with these babys on, but they make a cute "clop clop" sound on concrete.

Well, those are just totally awesome! The ones I made for my fursona are really simply made, though they're probably heck of a lot lighter. How much do you charge for those? XP
Oh, and a hot tip from a horse's mouth -- If you go to a local IFA or Country/Supply store that deals in horse tack, You're bound to find the Delta Boots. They're one kind of rubber boot designed to specifically go over both hoof and horseshoe for parades or for the mounted patrols in cities. There's a specifically designed sneaker-like tread on the bottom too, that will help prevent slipping.
