Yeah I know. We could have bought plastic hooves at the ferrier supply store, but the commissioner wanted real ones. The hooves have since been fixed to the feet, so they can't be removed and replaced as desired. :(

Easy boot...I'm not kidding - it's what I used for my horses should they pull a shoe and all they do is clip on with pressure and make them non-slip and keep the actual shoe :)

Mmm let me get out of tax season and I might take you up on that. The price is quite reasonable.

Hopefully RF has mostly carpeted floors... I can always make my clip clopping outside. The plus about the horseshoes is that they don't have nails in them which would produce the damage. Sure they are heavy but if I am careful they won't do any damage to any floor.

Well, those are just totally awesome! The ones I made for my fursona are really simply made, though they're probably heck of a lot lighter. How much do you charge for those? XP

Oh, and a hot tip from a horse's mouth -- If you go to a local IFA or Country/Supply store that deals in horse tack, You're bound to find the Delta Boots. They're one kind of rubber boot designed to specifically go over both hoof and horseshoe for parades or for the mounted patrols in cities. There's a specifically designed sneaker-like tread on the bottom too, that will help prevent slipping.

Great! someone actually looked under a horses foot. I agree with the easy boot idea for the covering. They stay on well and are made of rubber but it might get a little pricey for a pair of boots for size 4 shoes. Great work! Very impressive.
