W-Wha...well...you're not wrong. The Quilava at this stage could throw someone right over the shoulder and "wall splat" them both up close and from quite a long distance away. Not referring to anything macabre but the phenomenon where a character sticks to the wall for a moment before falling down if they're not cratered deep enough into said wall.
If he can't throw, then punches and kicks are still quite powerful, far exceeding the physical prowess of most Quilava! Being a bouncer isn't too farfetched for a position requiring martial experience.
