The wandering minstrel Quoar. As it stands the only male clan leader still in circulation as well as one of the oldest leaders still kicking around. Despite that, there isn't a whole lot known about him. The dude likes his privacy it seems.
He and his clan have the Love affinity and it's because of him that top hats in DMFA are considered a romantic icon. (Sort of like how we associate hearts and cupid's arrows with Valentines day)
As folks likely can guess from the last two leaders, the whole deco motif in the background is sort of the theme for all these leaders.

That said, Quoar is probably my favorite leader besides Falina, though Piflak is pretty high up there. Who can resist a pudgy bear mistress? not I. Not I at all.
