My 2nd Mega Man Zero OC. I know the name's not all that great, but, it's the first thing I came up with. It was that, or Ignis.

• Biography: Blazer Dragon is the 1st of Juni’s line of Zero era reploids, with Voltage Wyvern being the 2nd. Because they were built at the same time with the same technology, like Tidal Mermaid & Crystal Selkie, and Abyssal Kraken & Bubble Scylla, they are considered sister reploids. They were built sometime after the new Resistance Base was finished, and construction finished by the time Zero had been brought to the resistance by Harpuia. Of the two, Blazer Dragon is more eager to engage in battle and is always wanting a piece of the action, but has no problem with taking the sidelines if it means she’ll get into danger. She held a bit of a crush on Elpizo, but it dissolved when he began to take a dark path that involved reviving the dark elf for his own nefarious deeds. Though she regained it the second he started regretting his decisions after his defeat, she still found it hard to forgive Elpizo, but did so anyway. Though she built a burning hatred for Dr. Weil the second she saw him, for she sensed some “not nice things” about Weil from the get-go. She proved helpful during his attempt to start up the Elf Wars again, and Operation Ragnarok, all the while giving all those who served Weil a severe beat-down. Blazer Dragon is almost like Raven, coming down as a kind of cold & coarse reploid who is often harsh with her words, but she is not completely cold as she has a gentle side to her as well, and this side is often seen when she is not in a bad mood, but she’s still rough with her words. She enjoys watching sunsets while relaxing in a pool of lava slime, but dislikes being viewed as a monster, as evident when she threatened to barbecue Leviathan if she didn’t take her comment back. Has the hottest breath.
• Abilities: Blazer Dragon lives to her name as a fire powered reploid as she packs some serious heat within her. To regulate her fire power, she was given a special heat producing core that looked exactly like a firestone that is fueled by energy crystals, and solar energy. She channels the heat within this special core that gives her the burning abilities she is known for to her claws to make them hot to melt sliced metal, or into her tail for a serious tail smack that leaves opponents with a serious burn. But her trademark attack is her fire breath, which is so hot, it melts almost anything as she holds heat back so that she does not damage the very things she’s helping to try & save. Her wings are very strong and serve as her main method of locomotion, though she’s a very fast runner as well. Her physical strength is also praiseworthy as she can pick up even the biggest reploids and then thrown them back down with shattering force, but not before she gives them a burn beforehand.
• EX SKILL: White Flametongue. Blazer Dragon’s most potent version of her usual fire breath. If she allows her core reaches maximum heat, it flashes with a whitish blue and she lets loose a breath of flames that are white hot, which is the hottest any flame can go, and these flames burn all who stand in its path to ash. There is no defense from this as it pierces even the toughest shields.
