My Battlefield and My Shield
I honestly couldn't keep it to myself I simply had to get this off my chest and how I felt within my heart a good bit when I am alone. I have been finished with this piece for months and never really intended to show it to anyone, but I simply can't keep it. Sometimes during the day my heart feels so cold with a sharp empty cold flowing throughout it. I try to show what needs to be shown to appease the ones I love from coming out underneath the showing the face they need to see or at least what I think they need to see. Unfortunately, there are times when my inner demons and anger will show instead of kindness or love. So in a way hiding myself shield me and the ones I care for.
