Finally finished this for 
I fussed about with the shading and lighting for a long time to try and make it look the best but I think it's at the point it's gonna be best at.
I hope the results carry effectively enough.

Whoa.
I knew this would be a glowy piece, but this looks cool as hell. Did the idea itself turn out as interesting as you hoped? I hope Arlae fit the bill well enough for "dinosaur" given her attributes. She looks almost ghostly with the mushroom lighting on her pale hide!

It's definitely an interesting idea that I wouldn't mind revisiting in the future.
Also, the Draskhalans are raptor-horses, in their initial concept, I think that's pretty dinosaur-esque. But I'm super glad you like it, and I'm glad to know how it looks to you, that lightened my critical view on it. :)
