Yay more fan art! This time I decided to draw a Blood Angel Space Marine from Warhammer 40k. The most time consuming part of the pic was the ink -_- trying to make the armor look proper and pricise without making it look like I drew the entire thing with rulers. I also tried to put an emphisis on using black to shade rather then double toning. The back ground was pretty lazy I know.. and for such a gruff marine his eyes are too "kawaii" but I didnt want to mess with them to try to make them less so. Over all tho I feel it looks okay :3

um... it has layers... and... um... <_< layers? Honestly not very similar at all. Photoshop as much as I love it was more ment for photomanipulation then drawing.. manga studio would give any comic artist an orgasum once they relize everything it can do.. about the only thing id doesnt do is color...
you could, but this takes all of the work out of it, and the rulers work like rulers, instead of a program aided drawn line, that way you can control the width and tapering of the line, gives that hand drawn line feel. also, photoshop doesnt alow you to rotate your page.. well least the version I use doesnt..
