A full reference for Lacertius the Utahraptor, after a slight redesign. Pushed the line of feathers on his head forward, made the rest of his plumage a little less spiky than it was before. Apparently it makes him look more birdlike, which is no bad thing at all!

Ah yep, these were both things I knew, but figured I could get away with compromising on; I just like the idea of having a scaled underside, and feathers extending all the way from the fingers felt like they'd get in the way of some interactions. I might end up extending the primaries forward to the fingers after all (then I'd need to update the reference again xP) but the bare underside is probably going to stay the way it is.
That being said, I do appreciate the comments. It's always good to see a little accuracy being spread around, especially where dromaeosaurs are involved. More people need to learn to love feathered raptors! :p
