The Dance of Fire and Water

AnbessaIt's always fun to design carnival dresses, and carnival armors worn by horned lionesses are even better.
Well, few words about the pic... I wanted to portray a sort of allegory of Fire and water since, by chance, Anbessa's character is a water mage and Scarlet often spawn flames when she's angry. I experimented a bit with fire and water effects, and also developed the "burning" effect for Scarlet hands, so it was a quite productive pic XD
Hope you like it!

at least something good came out form the trolled day... even if I just noticed I forgot Scarlet markings <.< Will fix it tomorrow
Now that I developed a way to obtain all the fire effects I need I can draw fully enraged scarlet XD
Oh.. I was wondering, which one would be Mag's element?

True XD Though dang, yeah, I see the missing marks... And understand the important of them, as it is definitely a good and subtle way to make Scarlet visually unique XD
Nice! Look forward to seeing the wrath of Scarlet in all its blazing glory XP
Hmmm, that is an interesting question that I've not fully devoted though to (often because Mag tends to be portrayed without powers XD ). But, if such powers were to be "awakened" in Mag somehow, or if he were to be aligned with an element, I think it'd be stone. Stone because if he so chooses, Mag can have the limitless patience of the eternal mountain, because of the stoic and hard nature that, on the outside, no matter what kind of storm he weathers, nothing appears to phase him. Stone, because deep within the hardened layers of sediment, there is hidden compassionate heart of gold. Stone because it is the only element that can contain the primal fire and fury that exists within, aggregated from an experience of pain.
Hmmm, I could probably state more things, but yeah, I think all things considered, stone, or earth, depending on context, would be Mag's element XD
V/R,
Cap Mag.

I'm really enjoying what you've done with this one, dear heat. There's a lot of blends and the composition itself is really orderly and neat to look at. The positioning of the different textures for the fire and water really have a strong way of dragging someone's eyes from one corner to the other, just to have those very same eyes come back to meet at the center in order to study the illustrious clothing and the facial expressions of the two ladies duking it out.
Fantastic job as always, love!

love it all. overall pic as well as the details. how they move, the fire and water effects,
the clothes ( so gorrrgeous!), the armoury pieces (are they armour, or just ornaments and corsetry? is there even a difference?)
the hall and the atmosphere...
and how they seem to enjoy a fight which might be training, or rivalry, or real... and maybe potentially deadly. but it's still joy to see who's stronger.
Spectator: "So, which of you ladies won?"
Both simultaneously: "ME!"
