I won a raffle from ScorpDK, so I picked up a sketch of Victoria. Pretty much just a wing-it type thing, and Scorp came up with the outfit. If I get the opportunity I'll probably get this colored when I can. Also, thanks to Scorp for doing Sunday raffles!
