This may sound weird, but this was inspired by a childhood memory; well, the bikini/orange beach skirt, at least ;3
I won't go into detail, but the memory involves a trip to the beach, and my stepmother's orange beach-skirt causing a passing patrol car to think she was a recently escaped convict from the local jail ^^
