soo if I get a better picture of this bug, i'll sure as hell post it, but anywho onto the description

Its about a 1/2 inch long, wing span probably bout an inch itself.
Coloration:
- Body: mostly red with a black tipping to its abdomen that flairs some into between its wings.
- Antenna: Black with top half white.
- Wings: Black mostly with some see-through spots to them.

What kind of bug is this?
