I know exactly what you mean! I've got the means to do robot characters with CGI but I just don't very often get around to it.i like robot girls myself and not a lot of people draw that sort of thing.

On Deviantart you find some more Robot/Android-Stuff. Just that u know ;)

I'm a particularly twisted type of furr;) I like robot characters. I know there's quite a few over there unfortunately you can't post stuff over there that's more on the adult side and one of my particular interest is more in the adult side of things lol. At some point I've really got to get around to posting some furr bot girls i have the parts to do it mostly that issue has been figuring out texturing for the tales other than that I've got the parts to do it.

Hope i understand the last sentence... maybe it sounds stupid but you could try furrys with not so special tails? For example a bunny or some sort of dog. Or a hurt furry with a cut tail xD

what I have heard a series of robot characters that I can mod to some extent what I can presently do is a horse, bear, Dog, probably a Variant of reptile or a cow,. I've got several different options for the armor and arms mostly the problem is to do with the character would probably either have no tail or the coloring of the tail would be off.1 option I have is aiko I have a couple of different a aiko robot conversions that I can use on female furry characters. the Horse would probably be male if I went that direction because I have had the opportunity to get anybody to make me a good female horse. If you look at the work I posted most recently youl see 1 pear of female arms that are part of a set that convert a character into a robot;) the horsetail that I've been trying to use doesn't work with the robot toning textures the canine tail will probably work. i could probably do something with a canine or bear as a bata to see how it would look mostly I've been screwing around with different Arms because I haven't really found a set that I like. What I would actually like to do is a full robot style character instead of it just looking like a girl in armor is the direction I've been trying to go. Presently the problem I'm a little bit worried about is the character might end up being multiple colors which might look a little bit off.i can do a simple robot very easily with a couple of robot texture sets I have but admittedly I'd like to do something that's more mechanical looking and less like a furr with a robot paint job;) so I've been trying to figure out what I can use of this and of that. That character would still have organic Hair on their head basically because I don't like doing characters without hair I just always find they look kind of funky when you do a furr and don't put hair on the head some people don't get my reasoning but it's a quirk of mine.if you like jest knot me and I'll see if I could do something today to give you a idea of what I'm talking about. Probably would be too fancy but would give you an idea what I'm furry to.i hate to say it but I'm pretty cheap when it comes to commissions for still shot work lol. i at this point have mostly figuring out little things like backgrounds and lighting I've got a few lighting options that take about 10 min. to render but I find they don't look as nice as the background lighting that takes four and five hours problem with the really long term rendering lighting is the render engine tends to crap out and then you run into taking two or three days trying to get something to render lol. Like I said I could probably do something pretty septal and basic to give you a better idea what I'm talking about. I could probably do something with a bear cow or dog . I've got a handful of other furrs but the track is I've never even tested them out alone trying the with robot body parts if you're familiar with philosophers egg I have the entire CGI furry library from that website but I've only actually ever used a couple of them.

I understand a bit of stuff u mean. I only played a bit a arround with DAZ3D, don't have any experience with other programs. But i think i know what u mean with the missing parts. And yeah, a lot of different parts with different colors could look creepy easy...

I hate to say it the problem I don't think is my computer it's probably my operating system. I have a 2 core system with around six gig of RAM most people are running around 2 unless they're gaming the average computer system to this day is 2 core you can get up to 8 but anything after A4 is extremely hard to get! I've heard stories they make as high as 16 core systems. As far as I know poser is only designed to run on up to a four core system but I could be wrong. The version I'm using is back from when they made one core systems lol. I haven't had the money to get a hold of some hard drives where I've got several multicore computers. One of them is a four core gaming system that would probably give a Terminator a hard on lol. They've been sitting in a back room here where I haven't had the luxury of getting hard drives for operating systems and hard drives to run poser my poser program requires around 2 or larger terabyte hard drive. The computers themselves the problem has been to find a small sata drive because I only need a hard drive big enough to run a operating system and most shops don't carry anything smaller than massive hard drives that basically you'd be wasting the drive. I don't want to put a 500 gig drive on a machine that's only going to be using 9 gig of hard drive;) I think you see my point. Can't find anybody that carries 100 or smaller sata drives and I've had several that didn't work once I got them in the mail whatever happened in the mail they flat-out wouldn't power up once I got them they were just Fried..
