Sam (Sob Story)
I felt like drawing a pin up of Sam (Sob Story) from my superhero comic Willem. She has the power to make you cripplingly sad. She strives to be a villain one day, but she does have a good side and may have just lost her way at some point. Anyway, I really love drawing her, I wish she had more to do in my comic, but for now she's just a side character. :) Hope you like it!

I think it depends on the person. While she's using her power on someone, they may feel overwhelming sadness or regret over specific things that have happened in their lives. Some personality types may be less susceptible to her powers, like someone who is already clinically depressed may not be affected as much as someone who doesn't suffer from depression. Alternately someone who is very upbeat may not get as 'down' from her power as someone else would.
