here are the drafts i had for baron. the top left was the original idea i had in mind and kind of a beta to baron. you can see that i kind of scrapped that for the newer idea. the bottom right are the helmet ideas i played around with. in the end i kept with the bird like structure (however if you look at her straight on it looks more dragon like!).
