see, I haven't really had any professional training yet, so my self-control is...lacking. That's the main reason I don't spar; I have a hard time holding back; I know how easy it is for me to do serious damage, and I'd hate to lose control and hurt someone seriously. It'd be fun if I could just relax and enjoy the fight, but right now...nah. just not happening.
ahh, haha well I'm wholesomely opposed to MMA to much I'MA MAN flim flam, i do Capoeira. and can kick a good six feet up if i get a small hop. but really it's what your comfortable with, i highly doubt that if you do get into a spar holding back would be something on your mind.
but to each his own, a good light hearted spar is amazing
