Long overdue giftart/trade with the lovely and talented 
silverwing.
Jolyn has been an inspiration in my life for a long time and when I first created Colette we were amused at the similarities of the fluffy collie/sheltie scenario. I've always loved her art and characters, and we also discovered our mutal obsession with Farscape <3 If you don't know who they are fighting over, do yourself a favor and check out the show.

OMG MAGGIE!!!!!!! *pounces on you and rolls around on* THIS IS SO WONDERFUL!!!!! Thank you soooooooooo much for this!! And first I must say what you said up there is so sweet, thank you so much! I'm so happy that we've gotten to talking more, but as you say and I agree - we must chat more often! Hopefully I can catch you on Facebook more this summer!
I just LOVE this!!!! The idea of this is just AWESOME! I love how they are fighting over the Scorpius plushie! Their little snarly faces are just perfect! XD Gah you draw the best collies/shelties seriously. You always get the slope of the face just right so it really looks like the breed! SW looks so awesome in your style, I can't get over it!! All her fluff looks wonderful and you got all her markings just perfect! And that outfit is so win, purple shirt and black pants!! I really like the darker purple stripes on her shirt too!
And omg Co looks amazing as always!! I so <3 her! And you drew her with her dreads down which I remember squealing over when I saw the ref you did of her! I love her pose and how you can tell she's taller than SW even when she's crouched down like that! It's really cool how you made SW look like a sheltie but Co like a Collie - you can see the subtle differences in the size of their muzzles.
I really cannot get over this! Thank you soooooo much again!! So much loves! <33333

Yeeeeeeeeey I'm so glad you like it! I actually had an absolute BLAST drawing this one, and it came so easily to me that I hardly erased anything like, at ALL when drawing it. The poses came naturally, and SW is SO much fun to draw (floof eeeeeeverywhere <3)I had to fudge SW's colors a little bit because I didn't have the markers for her dark brown/tan face, so I hope it looks fine with what I DID have x3
I actually REALLY wish I had a Scorpie plushie D: And for that matter, I wish I actually OWNED Farscape xD It's just so dang expensive >x[
