I actually hope they keep going, and that this is just another season finale. There's still a lot of adventures they could have, including with the new Waspenator, and Black Aracnia. and with those animals they're around. Then there's the female star scream to deal with, as she just kind of vanishes, Mix Master and Dirt Boss, Sirius Black and Collosus Rhodes, as well as their mutants, and a dozen or so others that are gone, but implied still aliva.
Sadly, it's unlikely.
Hasbro wrapping up Animated is only partially to blame on the big movie. It's also because they've recently announced they're launching their own TV channel, and that means cutting ties with Cartoon Network, who had been putting money into the show, and seem to have some certain rights toward it and the character likenesses.

Also on the side note, isn't the female Starscream suppose to be Thunderblast-close-thing? I'm taking a chance if anyone knows, please tell. The original magenta one is Starscream, the back-pipe kisser yellow is Sunstorm, the blue ego-one is Dirge, the black cowardly one is Skywarp, the white lying one is Ramjet so that leaves us with Thurst and Thundercraker. I got the idea from her coloring and since Thundercracker sounds like Thunderblast...

The original had pronounced 'wings' too. She transformed pretty much by having the sides of the boat fold around her like a cloak.
