Commission for 
. Here's Fiye again in the midst of a battle. She was preparing a Dragon Claw until she got interrupted by a water attack, of which she's not very impressed.
This one was pretty experimental for me, as I hadn't done much with water effects before. Found it fun though.
Also just in case, I'd like to remind everyone that Pokemon Origins has proven that the Charmander line doesn't die from having their tail drenched or submerged in water. 8P
