Surprise gift art of Elisha from 
o-kemono's soon to be released comic "Concealment"
Hoping she's close to right but due to the fact the comics not out yet I didn't have a whole lot to go by :3
I might have gone a little over bored on the outfit but when I think of "punk" and "revealing" I think of those mini skirts that are no more then belts with plaid ruffles and I took it one step further and made it a ruffled GARTER BELT yay! *ahem* and as to why her undies are over it...the pantys keep the belt on..yeah thats it....ok I just liked it this way.
Was tempted to put "WWQMD" on the shirt but I didn't have much faith that people could figure out the "What Would Quail Man Do" joke. <-- So I'm stating the joke here.
Likely will come back and ether color this or shade it.

*poke* and you were thinking of just hiding this one away as a failed attempt?
It looks really great, and a good line between dressing suggestively and raunchy pin-up, not to mention fitting really with with Elisha's Rave-punk style from the bio.
Hehe, i think i've seen skirts like that around and i love the top slogan ^^ it's very much "Elisha"
All in all it's really well done: just the right amount of detail and just the right amount of pervy-ness without being over the top ^^ Great job ^^
